Nature of business:
Jobbing foundry (250 employees) with a wide material range of more than 80 iron and steel qualities including: austenitic cast iron (Ni-Resist), wear resistant cast iron, heat resistant cast steel, stainless steel, various DUPLEX steels and nickel basic alloys.
With the ceramic precision casting process Exacast® parts of high demands (piece weight 2 to 400 kg) are being manufactured. This process allows to cast parts with a surface roughness of Ra 3,2 µm - Ra 6,3 µm (N8-N9). The dimensional tolerances are similar to the investment casting process.
In the traditional sand casing production (hand moulding shop and automatic cold-setting moulding machine with flexible moulds) small to medium sized batches with a piece weight from 5 to 2000 kg are being cast.
Due to our modern equipped machining facilities we are able to supply pre-machined or ready to mount castings.
